No counters, whether general or specific has been reset. As what was said above me, the drawing of a rare or super rare isn't a fix number; sometimes it can be more and sometimes it can be less. However, no treasures, whether specifically to you or your treasures have been reset; rest assured!

if the rates are completely random... gambling yo, and im pretty sure oasis aint got no gambling lisc because they havent stated that this game is gambling
