Hi guys can u still redeem the items/ rewards in Faithful Choice?
On the picture, it is only 2:02:25 of July 30 2017 but I can't redeem items from the redeem shop of Faithful Choice event. I have 960pcs kunai and I want to redeem 9 pcs Charm Pack and 2 pcs Advance Refine to consume my 960 pts but it wouldn't let me. It said not on the event time.When I checked the rules of the event, It is said in the event on the last day you cant participate in the battlefield and consume the orb of vitality but can still redeem the rewards right? Why I cannot Redeem and use my 960 points today?

:( sad... I hate this. If they have problems with the translation it is not my mistake. I think i still have claim about this one.....
Correct, it is not our fault if they can't translate correctly or do it properly. Broken game, what can I say, only that we still should be able to do this event and claim until deadline, if we can't then I demand compensation, it's not like this company is already * deep, they still * the things up, and it's not normal, it shouldn't be normal, it must be properly done, they are not some bunch of few guys sitting at their home PC's and just doing this for fun, this is a serious company and it's unacceptable how many times events just do not work or stop working.
Fix the event asap, or give us compensation, not our problem they can't do their * properly.
Not to mention that support page is totally not working, typical bug I suppose, since it's a support page and it asks to complete this one field which you can't because it does not allow you to, and it is a necessary field to be completed, otherwise you can't report, GJ WP OG.

not just that i had 50 orbs it took at 12 and was going to buy some didnt know the event ended before daily reset....i dont think its much to ask for things to all end at one reset time , and wording things right would also be fantastic

i agree with you bro or they should just msg the people being affected and ask what they wanted to spend with their remaining points... urghh

yea same i like many others was holding out for anniversary and then 3.0 and now still doesnt feel like we have had any official statements or comoensation for events bugs forum being down or anything and wont for this issue either

This event ended on Saturday, at midnight. Sunday was the last day to claim the winning side reward (10 advanced refines).
Rest of the event is disabled, as the event has already ended. Please use your points on time next time, waiting until last second never yields good results.
