Yo !

Either you can find a lineup with alot of clones since he attacks front targets or always have 1 ninja you save up the interrupt with , like an Ao, Iruka to stop his mystery since it makes him less of a threat.

If you are midnight blade you just counter it by going root, usually the borring blitz team works nicely if you have around the same power.

Wind Main Iruka Clone

Sage Naruto Asuma Wind Blade Sage Clone

X - Clone - Clone (Place Iruka in team last so all clones get shield)


Mystery 4 (fairy dust)

Attack 2 (Clone)

Chase 3 (10 hits+)

Passive 3 (Wind Enhance)

Passive 1 (Multi Shadow Clone)

Summon Dog of Hell

Turn 1, use Iruka to interrupt Curse Hidan's Mystery and use Wind Main's mystery targeting Hidan to remove Root of Warrior buff from Hidan and 2 others. If you are lucky, Iruka combo's off on Hidan and the chase from Asuma Blinds him (yes, the chases string is not fantastic, feel free to work on it). If Iruka doesn't disable Hidan in this way, the clones should take the first hit.


Usually Hidan is setup in top middle. If he isnt in the team's you encounter, try organising your team in such a way as to single him out. If Hidan is placed so he is shielded by a move 1 tank, place team so double layer of clones in front of him.


It's not hard and fast a solution, but it's one of them

Yes, definitely put Sage Naruto at the back, because the 4th action always goes first :)
