Turn 1, use Iruka to interrupt Curse Hidan's Mystery and use Wind Main's mystery targeting Hidan to remove Root of Warrior buff from Hidan and 2 others. If you are lucky, Iruka combo's off on Hidan and the chase from Asuma Blinds him (yes, the chases string is not fantastic, feel free to work on it). If Iruka doesn't disable Hidan in this way, the clones should take the first hit.

Usually Hidan is setup in top middle. If he isnt in the team's you encounter, try organising your team in such a way as to single him out. If Hidan is placed so he is shielded by a move 1 tank, place team so double layer of clones in front of him.
