What concerns drop rates, each common ninja has the same drop rate in any given treasure, ex. Akatsuchi is as likely to be dropped as Mabui in Kage treasure, GNW Hinata and GNW Temari are equally likely to be gotten from Edo treasure, etc.

The same applies to rare ninjas in each treasure separately. The exact droprates are information that I won't be able to share, unfortunately.

From personal experience, rares in treasures I've gotten anywhere between 30-90 scrolls, however that's not a "set" value, it can vary between players, based mostly on luck. By what was meant by "eventually", it was implied that it is highly unlikely to avoid pulling 1 ninja out of the pool of equally possible outcomes.
