Jonin Minato is a better version than Hokage Minato. He is more versatile, has a chase and is overall more resistant. So if you hesitate between his 2 versions go for this one. It is even cheaper than the other one.

Also bear in mind that the meta lineups that includo Jonin Minato require insane ninjas like susanoo Itachi (or you also need masked tobi). So if you want to remain in top 3 during sage you will most likely not use him there. Once we get other ninjas he will probably be more useful in other meta lineups. I have him an I love him, but i mostly use him for matsuri and PvE.
