Why was the stamina potion from the last online pack you get for the day, changed from large 50 vitality to small 10 vitality?

Bumping because an answer to this would be appreciated. If it was a part of 3.0 then Germany, who have had it well over a month before we ever did, would have done it long by now. If its not 3.0 then why nerf it without reason? Its not like people had too much vitality.
