Switch Jiraya sannin with iruka. Also use the 4th mystery instead of the shark bomb.

If you have KOH or guy's tortoise then absolutely go for it. Otherwise choose tonton, better damage than chameleon.

Turn 1 Iruka mystery

Turn 2 main mystery 4 (the punch does more damage and will probably crit because of tenten)

turn 3 tenten mystery

turn 4 main mystery and mei's mystery.
