i like your first team most, but i think you should switch your lines up, do you own any jinrikishas? sailor sakura, 5th hokage tsunade? and are you running root or leech? this formation change allows you to use masked man to cancel any turn 1 jutsu with his interrupt and cremoving of debuffs, this stops blitz in its tracks, can help you deal with hans and many other ninjas that are otherwise tedious~
overall id say susano sasuke albeit bad ass lookings weak compared to roshi or han, and a team with with masked obito and fuu or han can be quite devastating as well

in regards to the dp hidan id probably use this formation
with 4th mystery, 4th standard, leech and root, turn 1 remove shields and buffs,from an annoying ninja, tag it with main,and then use hidans jutsu, or use hidans jutsu and then tag the 4th
masked man isnt the tankiest ninja, but hes pretty hard to block or interrupt since he has a very high chance to dodge the first standard or jutsu, and hes a pretty good counter to roshi teams, good luck~
