Location of Bug: Character interface of 4th Hokage (description of ninjas mysteries, chases and passives). Tested in Time-Space, Sealed, and Survival Trial

Bug Description: Mystery description doesn't mention that 4th Hokage Minato can interrupt with his mystery now.
