Dear Support Ninja,

I hope you are doing really well? Please listen carefully for what I am about to say. This game is completely having an insane amount of bugs. I am trying to write this as polite as possible, but this is getting too much. Today at Great Ninja War, I was fightning with my team. My line up consisted of Danzo, Iruka, Fire main and Jounin Minato. For 10 Rounds, I was not able to active Minato's Mystery. We almost lost due to this fact. I have spend almost 250$ to get that ninja and I am really disappointed with the performance with Naruto Online. Bugs are getting a huge problem in this game, therefore more people quitting day after day. Also, while during the War, I could not see my Danzo'.s and Minato's health, leading to almost a complete defeat. I have 3 pictures just to show how many mistakes there are in this game at the moment. I am trying my best to stay calm, but it is just too much problems that I cannot hold back. What makes it better is that when I try to upload the picture, it says "Time Out!". Even when we , players, try to suggest and write something, it seems like you guys just do not want to listen.

I am sorry for saying this, but please fix these bugs because I can't stand watching this, and having to agree to all these unprofessional mistakes. I just cannot stress enough with the insanity that this game is bringing to people. Please keep your promises with saying about the new updates. Why is this game saying some words on german? I came to play on an AMERICAN server because I speak ENGLISH and understand ENGLISH and not GERMAN. If I wanted to read in GERMAN, I would have gone to the GERMAN SERVER.

On Wheel of fortune, the points rankings is written "Ponits". I know this is not a big of a deal, but people laugh at it looking at this. A lot of players from naruto online has already made requests at the Oasis Forum including a famous player which name is Assumed Paradise I believe, and it has been completely ignored. Please let our activity not drop down anymore by creating more and more useless servers and making these ninjas insanely expensive. If the price is that high, please fix these bugs because it is not everyone that has 250$ just dumping for fun. If it costs that much, make sure it works because there could be a possibility for serious consequences for this naruto online game.

What is going on with GREAT NINJA WAR? Only 3 battlefields now? Why is it getting reduced?

Another topic is server merge. We seriously need one and that is all we have been asking for. Why create MORE servers when people are not active? I understand about the financial aspect of the game, but it is completely useless. We have already said about the cost of the ninjas, suggestions, but there are no feedbacks or answer from the company. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND SO ARE A LOT OF NINJAS among the world. Well, all I gotta say is if you guys are happy with being known as a liar company and have false promises, then that is not our nor, my problem.
