Bug Description:There was an event when you recharge 300 ignots for 7 days you will get iruka fragments. I have recharged ignots but the event with iruka has dissapeared and i did not claim any reward can you send me fragments somehow because i was charging for 7 days and i spent like 80 dollars. I sent this question to moderators on Facebook and OasisForum and the basic answer was in the manner of its not our business that you did not grab you reward, we cant do anything. I spend almost a month on this question and i will not accept this kind of solution where i have spend almost 100 dollars which worth a lot in my country and i am not getting any kind of support from your side.

Bug Description: In the Eight Inner Gates I was trying to get one of my chakras to abosrb another. Instead, the second chakra absorbed the first one. I tried it on another one, the same thing happened. I placed it on the other chakras, but when the message popped up, it said the wood style one would be absorbing the others. All my other chakras are working fine expect for this wierd wood one that can't be absorbed. Plus, whenever I tried to have it absorbed, it was saying the expericence that would be added was way more than what should have. After this, I exited the server and came back on to see it the problem had solved itself. It did not. The wood chakra has also disappeared and I was unable to take screenshots.Screenshot (error page): N/A

i lost a lot of chakkra inner gates and i reported it to them.. and they just told me that there's nothing wrong with it..
