Mostly happens when I try to plunder I get the "Time out" message and I lose my plunders, It also happened when I tried to "check in" at Monthly Event.

Bug Description: Whenever I go to the area where the Anbu Captain is for collecting mission rewards my screen has a loading sign as signaling going into a different interface or a fight it goes black when it loads.. I am desperate I need to level quickly to keep up because I was behind on that so I will pm earlier than 72 hours if this is still a problem tommorow afternoon. Sorry if I happen to pm you earlier than 72 hours and it happens on all the computers I try and I open new tabs, still though.

This is just 1 video of 1 fight I have more from multiple tries, so it's not a 1-time-thing.

Bug Description: I exchanged my points for the Quick Rune. After I introduced it in the mains character slot I used a yellow Ice Rune (that I previous had in the slot) to upgrade its level.
Instead of upgrading the Quick Rune it was upgraded the Ice Rune. I admit I didn't read the message but who does that after tens of millions coins used.
You can imagine this is very frustrating as I spent a months worth of coins to get the Quick Rune.

bug description: I've played the main plot "battle of unlocking seal" so many times, i defeated all enemies but the game won't end and it will say i haven't done this plot. Also i downloaded mini client but i can't get the rewards or anything and it still says "download mini client"

Please fix this

So I did sweep survival today and almost got to the end, but it wouldn't let me sweep the 8th time. I got a video if you want.

As you can see from my mail, i have over 9 pages of old mail and none of them include my anbu reward. I'm not the best player. I'm a noob so I take what I can get but this is rubbish :@
