IMPORTANT NOTE: I have to use *ternate account in order to inquire about my issue on my main account listed above.

More information...Unfortunately, since I haven't had a chance to provide any recovery options, nor can I recall my three previous recharge options, the only thing I can provide is a picture of my character logged in. This is REALLY frustrating, because I seem to be unable to access my User Center anymore, since creating my 2nd login issues ticket. If you need anything else, ask me and I'll try to provide it.
