Bug Description:There was an event when you recharge 300 ignots for 7 days you will get iruka fragments. I have recharged ignots but the event with iruka has dissapeared and i did not claim any reward can you send me fragments somehow because i was charging for 7 days and i spent like 80 dollars. I sent this question to moderators on Facebook and OasisForum and the basic answer was in the manner of its not our business that you did not grab you reward, we cant do anything. I spend almost a month on this question and i will not accept this kind of solution where i have spend almost 100 dollars which worth a lot in my country and i am not getting any kind of support from your side.
