Bug Description: Unable to start a new thread. Sometimes even reply. After a few attempts my reply may go through but the ability to start a new thread. Gives me an error.

Took me 2-3 attempts of going back and reposting to even get this to post. (This is all a post relating to me trying to post a real bug) Or even when I reply to this thread about tis bug i get this error.. have been trying everyday for the last week or so.
