Is it worth it? depends, do you have enough advanced refines to lvl up a piece of equipment to lvl 8? If so its better to make sure you have enough mediun refines which are a bit more expensive than 20 coupons.

The outfits stack with each other, but I'm not sure they affect anyone else but your main. So they really are not a priority unless you are playing with LM or Earth main who are front liners or damage dealers imo. Better focus on refinment

If you are a f2p and still need magatamas and stuff like that go for the medium refines.

Otherwise forget about lucky board and save coupons for charms with good discounts in treasure of the sage (you will probably at least get a 20% discount once with the free keys). As well as lucky key pack from the tree.

Once you get all your magatamas to lvl 5 the return from the lvl 2 magatamas in lucky is negligible. The other rewards from the boards you are talking about are the seal scrolls and summon scrolls/frags? that's no use for power at all. It leaves you with what? stamina potions and teleportation to look forward to on the board?

As for the value of medium refines, they go for around 20-25 coupons per refine which is good, but not the best in the game at all. As far as lucky ninja packs go you are dreaming if you think you will get a premium ninja. The best drops are lvl 5 magatamas and such, but you get one pack every 5-6 dice throws so 100-120 coupons spent on the board. As for charms they are extremely expensive in lucky board (35 points is a LOT).

Lucky board is great value if you are in need of medium refines and magatamas. Once you have refined 6 or 7 pieces of equipment to lvl 7-8 and have all lvl 5 magatamas its return is not so great in terms of power.

Now let's compare it with treasure of the sage where charms, which now you can't get for free, cost 100-87 coupons. That's what? 3 times cheaper than lucky board? Perhaps you need advanced refines which you wont get cheaper even if you can no farm them from sage battlefields. Ok, perhaps you don't want advanced refines (a mistake imo) and don't need charms yet and are investing in medium refines. Mission mobilization has, as far as i remember, the same cost of medium refines. However the packs cost only 10 coupons (i think, if its 20 then you might have a point about their value), inside which you c*so get high lvl magatamas and other useful stuff. Last scenario, you don't want magatamas and only want refines, guess what? In treasure of the sage or lucky starts you can get them at around 15 coupons a piece.

Lucky board is great value when you see al that it can give you, the best in game for sure, but this includes stuff not related to power. However if you are talking about simply power and don't care about seal/summon scrolls and/or your magatamas are levelled up, other events such as treasure of the sage/mission mobilization can be just as appealing if not more.

What you read on the forums about lucky board being the best event, is not true for all players all the time, as you advnce in the game your needs become more specific. By that point events like lucky board become less appealing than treasure of the sage.
