The estimated cost is at 2.5k coupons (you get 1 frag every 5 dice throws on average and you need 50 for the clothing ).
As for your answer it depends on what main you are using. Lightning benefits more from the kimono since he is all about attack. Water and fire are more about ninjutsu so this one is better. Depends on which main you use and what role you use him in.
I already used all my coupons for the choice event so no clothing for me this time around.
It's around 5k not 2.5k if you buy it in the LB.
I'm not sure it's worth that price..... I'm not really willing to pay over 2.5k-3k for a clothing item. To make things worse this is one that should be free if we followed what China did.
