Ultimate training has not yet been updated so no tendo for now.

No idea if the lvl cap has been raised (im lvl 89 xP). We have only gotten the interface updated. All other stuff (with the exception of shop and SA) is the same as 2.0

why are people already complaining?

Lul, and where Germany takes all stuff then? If you try to login to china version you will see that all new events are coming from there.

Terribly sorry for the confusion! Although Naruto 3.0 has been released, not everything has been implemented yet. Like in Naruto 2.0, the different features will be implemented over time.

There is no full tendo in ultimate training and there wont be (same as in china) I have no idea where people got their information from that we would be getting full tendo from UT.

Germany still doesn't have the full 3.0 that china had so it makes sense we won't either, gradual implementation was always planned...

if u login into china now u see they are at 4.0 version not 3.0 so most of things are different from us , closest version is the german one wich is on 3.0.

like how mood scrolls will be implemented back in group wheel ? already to next verssion and we still don`t have it.

also why are the orange ninja tools all nerfed ? like paper shuriken and others like it. for example before this patch -

Nope you're not getting the upgraded UT version for another 2-3 months at least.

That is the most ass backwards way to do an update ever. Do the work many times instead of just once and generate even more negativity from a player base that's increasingly frustrated with you as it is. Way to Oasis, stellar work there.

That's not a backwards way to do an update. That's normal way of doing an update in MMO localization.

Developers give publisher content that they implement when given. This usually follows more or less the order at which things were originally added in the developers game (In our case China).

3.0 version of the game consists of many features, that were added during 3.0 was current version of the game. Once the game gets updated to 3.0 everything that comes after it is a 4.0 feature.
Basically, if China got something weeks after 3.0 was released 90% so will we.

Also found out they removed charm material fragments form Rescue Jinchu gifts .. that is definitely backward

there is no advanced thread in SA/GI expert. we form group 3 party to fight SA expert. but the reward as I can see after finishing all 6 attempt is only getting medium thread, even though there are showing advanced thread as rewards there.
