As I stated in another thread, our plan is to update our combo simulator after 3.0 will be implemented to the game. No specific date or month was set yet. But we want to update it.
Is that before or after you update mood scrolls in group wheel ?

The rewards for events like lucky board aren't usually revealed beforehand. Gotta keep some kind of mystery going for the events, y'know? ^^
I would guess that either Minato or Masked Man will be in there. I don't think both of them will be, but it's always possible I guess. It's also possible the new clothing could be a redeemable reward. Beyond that, there's the usual medium refines, medium threads, charm packs (usually two out of the three, lately it's been the medium refines and charm packs). Either way, I'm pretty sure there will be something new to redeem in the upcoming lucky board.
Just gotta be patient and wait until tomorrow.
Minato and Masked Obito are in their separate event (Point 3.) in case you didn't read what the event is.

Ah, whoops, completely missed the "Redeem Shop" tab shown in the picture for that event, my bad! I assumed Minato/Masked Obito were just used as a theme for that event, but were able to be pieced together/recruited elsewhere. Then yeah, lucky board might not have a new ninja to grab this time around.

Can I ask about the Summer Youth clothing? Is it free, or is it gonna be purchased by us? I hope it's the former, not the latter.
I'd like it to be the former as well, it'd make up for what you call an anniversary.

I hope we would get the outfit for free, but it is highly unlikely. I was really looking forward to at least the free summer clothing this anniversary, but well we all know how that went. It's kinda sad though that these events seem much better then the once a year anniversary events did. Let's hope for a statement about the whole ordeal soon.

ive asked and wanted to know the same. but some how it can be taken out of the event and used in others for money but moods cant come back? or the moods that sage key couldnt come back

there is no way that they will give the summer youth sai outfit for free to everyone, one reason is they are greedy, another is some people already have it through a recharge event(like me) and it would be bad for those people to be given something that they already have and cant exchange ever. oasis will probably let people buy frags in one of the events, likely lucky board.
