they changed the ninja tools now the red versions are all better than the yellow ones ......

no but before the patch some ninja tools like the Paper Shuriken had batter stats than the red one(tailed beast shuriken). now the red one has better stats and every one who had used the yellow (better one) lost some power and now has to choose if they want to lose the Reforge stats or the lvl of the tool when u swap them out.
