I will try to see if anything can be done here.
To make sure though, did you use the pack, or is it still in your equipment?
If the latter, please check if it can be sold ^^ Don't sell it, just check if it is possible ;p

The packs have been opened. I only realized I purchased the wrong packs when I found I had no advanced threads to upgrade battle armor with. The advanced cloths are still there.
