Description of the problem you are experiencing: It's just a little bug xD The problem with Hot Springs. When u enter the hot springs, click "Bath in the hot springs to recover stamina" and then click on this spot:

By clicking on this exact spot on the left bottom corner, your character will move to that location (still being in hot springs and gaining stamina) xD

This is small bug but still=))
