Orochimaru (Konoha's Traitor) Bug - Edo Tensai Tobirama mystery not released

Description of the problem you are experiencing : Orochimaru (Konoha's Traitor) has the Mystery skill 'Edo Tensai' which revives the 1st and then the 2nd Hokages who are suposed to release/activate their Mystery skill on being revived. This happens for Hashirama (Wood Style - True Deep Forest Emergence), but the second revived Tobirama does not release his mystery skill (Water Style - Explosive Bite of the Water Dragon).

Description of the problem you are experiencing : It has been happening for a week or so now. Clicking the 'Ranked Battle' or 'Training Battle' initiates the match-up but no connection is established for battle and although the timer keeps ticking, nothing else is click-able...the game is essentially hung. The page needs to be refreshed again for playing other parts of the game. But no matter what, the Arena match keeps hanging.
