the bug i have is sasuke mastery lightg style kirin Y+2 breakthrough

it says when using this barrier you will cause lighting damage to 4 units.

it does not say like the before mastery's that i have to use it again to cause lighting damage,

in battle i have to use the attack again next round to deal lighting damage, what am saying to this in kirin Y+2 does not say i have to use again to deal damage.

is this a bug? or was it meant to work like the lower mastery's, because i did put money in to get it up to Y+2 and feel its miss lead.
