ription of the problem you are experiencing :
I'm not able to claim the weekly jackpot in the cave rebate event.
I've explored the cave 1200 times, however it keeps saying i've only explored it 1000 times.
I've been saving my keys for nearly 2 years and just got back to the game and spent half of them in the hope to get the Ultimate Essence.
I feel defeated at this point lol.
(Just a heads up, i've used an EXTRA 200 keys on top of the cave-keys i received from the boxes, i understand these dont count towards the cave-key rebate.)

It is not a bug. I think some of the free-limited keys were used in your 1200 spins. You c*so check your current ac*ulated spins at the center of the cave rebate interface. It says 1000 keys. You will need to spin 50 more to get the jackpot. Hope this helps.
I literally just spent another 100 keys, and i'm still stuck at 1,000, with no Ultimate Essence.
I've overtopped 300 cave-keys in total now, it's 100% bugged for me. -

Oops my bad. I totally misunderstood you at first, sorry. Well that is unfortunate. In that case, you've been bugged. Hope you get compensations for that. :)
It's okay, i'm confused too.
Yeah i hope i get compensated for this, i'm a very very very low spender and saving up takes a while.
I really just want my ultimate essence. -
