After top up 2k Gold, event didn't count recharge at all, i mean Shinobi Feast i didn't get any spins at all and it should be 20, i reported the issue on the support and they want Order number at all costs, i dont have it,i didnt wrote it up, i have account statement reciept which i show them with date, value of purchase and so on, they still need order number which i dont have, they say i can get it via payment channel that i used but a payed via credit card and there is no info about history of my purchases or something like that, on the other hand another event from the same deadline period works fine but it counts spent ingots not recharged. here is the ss from the event after top up Shinobi Feast , Time Limited Shop
