Here, is my experience to share with you...I just got Susanoo Sasuke in yesterday's event.

Normally, I wait until recharge event and with 2000 ingot you recharge everyday 17 per whole event : it cost you like 38x7 = 266 USD per 17 frags...So, to get Susanoo sasuke, it cost like 1064 USD for 68 frag...and then the rest of 12 frags can get from lucky wheel or lucky * in some specific event.
