If you are pulling from Kage Treasure it takes between 850-1050 seals scrolls to pull either Susanoo Sasuke or Ay, which one you get is random, x2 if you pull Ay first, so VERY expensive.

Susanoo Itachi is collected by FRAGS only (1-2 at a time) and he shows up every 60 or so pulls. If you pull 1 Itachi frag every 60 it will take you 4800 seal scrolls, and every 400 seal scrolls are $1000. Sometimes you will pull 2 vs 1 so its hard to guesstimate but you can do that math, Susanoo Itachi at this point is the most expensive ninja in the game.
