Mods do a good job.

In my opinion both Oasis and the playerbase are acting childish. Oasis had the chance to change their events when they posted it before the maintenance since right off the bat the playerbase (mostly f2p) are whining about it. You know if a bunch of people are stating the same thing then there might be a little truth about it. But Oasis didn't change anything and pushed through with the event. Now even some of the p2p are complaining. Now starting from here is where I find Oasis to be childish. Oasis responded by adding 2 new f2p events (YEY!). There's a twist though. These 2 events are old and considered to be a below average event for quite some time now. They even emphasized, with Bold Underline Red Letters that you can't sweep on survival; you can only do it manually! I feel like they acted like the older sibling who was told to by his/her mother to share his/her potato chips (even though he/she doesn't want to) with their younger siblings ('cause they started crying) but he/she have to make it somehow not that enjoyable for their younger siblings so he/she crashed the potato chips before giving it to them. This is what I envision about this whole drama LOL

Too bad they dont give a toss about chance. As long as they can have couple of heavy spenders they'll be happy. So it's either f2p and small spenders quitting which will result in heavy and medium spenders getting bored with the game and leaving aswell or oasis does something for everyone or at least something where everyone has equal chance .
Knowing Oasis all we'll get is:
- Daiske saying "we're working or something cool"
- Jiribubdhburehberibuerbhre deleting anti-Oasis posts because Oasis has never done nothing wrong.
Can't wait for "Spend 200 000 ingnots to get exclusive GNW Shino fragment " 2nd anniversary event. Since China got free Anbu Itachi it makes perfect sense that we'll get crappy ninja for a lot of irl dough.

I'm not gonna say I don't agree with the first part but considering the post is about giving a chance it's kinda misplaced here many thread where we have complained myself include XD

I have had my previous posts removed even when they were worded neatly without any insults only because it mentioned some previous incidents with oasis that everyone knows about. I really do not appreciate the censorship to be honest.

It's cause-and-effect. Do you think that the player base would act out so much if Oasis actually listened and tried to push the future of the game in the right direction? No. Do you think that by deleting and not responding to all the endless "whys" they make things better? No. Does that make things worse? Yes. The thing that bothers me personally is that they never took the time to give an in depth response to the part of the community that is constantly looking for answers as to why X event is the way it is for us and different literally everywhere else. I remember how people used to ask the same questions in a different more tranquil manner in the beginning but the lack of response on OG's side and the way they would slam the delete hammer on anyone that tried to express their frustration at og's way of doing things is essentially what made the community the way it is today. The problem is I have been giving Oasis chances for a year, and it hasn't been getting better. This is there final chance. If next week there isn't something like "Anniversary Week 2" with more thoughtful events, 3.0, and an apology I'm done

I guess, we are going to see you disband your group and take your community with you to another game. I hope your not the same group leader that told people to just quit Great Ninja War just cause you couldn't win. Also the same leader that set up a Merge between 2 big groups and is now going to disband the merge. I doubt they will apologize or do anything you want. As i wrote this, I looked at your youtube. You are Dragonfire from server 55. When I said in world chat that you said If they don't do these things are you really gonna leave. You told me I was trolling. Guess I am trolling. ;P

But somewhat back on topic, I'm tired of seeing people dismissing the F2P playerbase as being whiny idiots. When did voicing an opinion suddenly become whining? Was the American Revolution just a bunch of whiners?
As for giving Oas another chance... I really don't know. I kinda feel like Oas is driving a bus through a minefield, and we're all passengers.

I think the most regular go-to response to people who don't spend on a game making their voices known about an issue were usually tagged as cry babies. It's an odd trend. Then again, I could be wrong.

I'll be very blunt and very clear so everyone might understand once and for all. Oasis don't deserve a chance, they never did, from day 1 they were a shady chinese company with no morals like all other companies that run p2w browser games. People who started playing this game expecting something else are disillusioned. The problem is not how Oasis behaves, its the players who believe in "wishy thinking".

This type of game will always be about syphoning money from players as fast as possible, because its about slow progression and long term goals. People quit these games all the time, that is why they are built to make fast money.

Free players are not meant to be strong, their role is to make the paying players feel good about themselves, they exist to be stepping stones for cashers that will play for longer periods of time. All games of this type work the same way. People need to stop threatening to leave, Oasis barely cares, because they know that even if you play another game you'll be treated the same way, sometimes even worse.

Play this game for its nice ninjas and cool strategies, its very well made. You can hate Oasis all you want, but if you want to play this game, you have to make a conscious decision that this is all you will get from them, ever.

I hate Oasis games, they are liars and thieves, but I buy my jonin medal every 6 months and buy my monthly card every time. I like this game, I like the ninjas, I love to compete and strategise. This game is nice and most of us following the chinese version know that even more cool things are coming.

Playing this game is a choice, if you make that choice you forfeit the right to whine when Oasis does awful things. Constructive criticism is never bad, but pure whining is useless.

Nothing against you Jib and i know its not your fault/doing but these new events are pathetic for the crap events we got for the anniversary.

Oasis has been given several chances. Instead of them getting another chance I would rather see every one that works for them get cancer.
