This creates the question. If someone makes today 10 characters lvl30 and leaves them for a week. Can he grab the rewards, or the player had to be playing before this event?

    Most likely only applies to players who played before the event.
The event lasts till 20 august I think? So you have plenty of time to make 10 characters

Would be nice if a mod could answer us
