Well I'd honestly go for Han, He's the cheapest 3* Super Rare you'll get and he's really good, just use him with Barrier Ninjas (since he doesnt take away Barrier buffs) and not use him with people who gives basic buffs and shields, also him being immune to chases is nice and he's a really good tank/damage dealer so yes if you have okay ninjas and can buff him using a barrier sure go for Han :D
