Titles are decoration to me, and it's fun to try for a certain aesthetic. I don't wear mine all the time, but I like having matching BA + a matching title, or putting on titles for certain transforms. If there's a special event or if I have achieved something major, I put on my title for a little bit. Some of them are for pretty big achievements that did not come easily to me, and that I work to maintain.

At the end of the day though, I do like having them off more often than on.

I await the day the "sub-title" feature comes here! ...If it ever does.

When I first started playing the game, I thought getting titles was cool and awesome. But now it's w.e to me, because I see some people try so hard to get a title but can't . So I wear my titles only during swb so I wont get attacked lol, after swb is over I take them of..

I never wear any of my titles. I know people like to wear titles just to "show-off"/brag/etc. But if u think about it, it's pretty dumb especially in SWB. If people see you are "strongest/ranking king etc" they'll run from you (at least that's what i think). Same goes for battle armor. I have battle armor 4 now but i still doesn't wear mine. It might be more deceiving in the beginning when SWB is not merged. People tend to go for me because they think i'm "weak" when im not. If you wear a battle armor lv 9, people would avoid u. If you want easy points, you should not wear titles, wear clothing, wear armor and make yourself seem like a weak F2P to fool people.

That's just my 2 cents.

Did that few times and got attacked by soo many Curse Hidans, not doing that anymore lol.

Seeing rank 1 armor in lvl 70+ sage is obvious that your hiding your true rank. I use rank 2/3 to make it believable lol

Lol, go in SWB with a common blue title and Rank 2 armor

There are times where if I have to AFK Sage, I will wear my title because I usually don't want people from my group&server attacking me and losing their streaks. I remember old SWB ... "please use title" hahaha

lemme tell u the true purpose.It's there as a marketing strategy to advertise "hey,you gotta spend more ingots so you can beat that guy and it will make u feel like a king". I rarely use title, but when I do, I turn it off during SWB since from what I heard, people tend to attack others who has title

But, in my case "wearing title = target"
Edit : maybe because of they know that it is me (level 90 with low power) so they just attack me? dunno though. plus the fact that I always hiding whenever I wear my title or not, so people memorize me easily

lol, so I'm one of those people who aren't that competitive in terms of PvP in-game, but feel the pressure to be competitive in every other way. One way that I justify my desire to be near the top is obtaining titles. Without these titles, I feel that I'm not winning in PvP or PvE, so I get discouraged. For me, titles prove to myself and others that I am here to stay and am competitive in doing so.

As for a particular title, I'm the leader of the top group here on s10, so I get the Ninja World Gods title on a weekly basis. However, my favorite title is the Strongest Wind and I get jealous when people change mains to steal it away from me xP

Wanting to feel great for having something that glorifies your achievement is never a bad thing.
It's why titles were made and have their own unique flare. They were meant to be shown off, it's like a pat on the back - but you're the one doing it.

The best hiding spot is often in the crowds of fighting people, sometimes it's hard to see you haha. Don't wear a title and you may not get into many fights until later depending on activity in your Sage

I hate titles myself. I find them useless and they get in the way.

My experience keeping battle armor or titles is that people avoid you like the pest.

I am fairly weak I only get title cause our server is ded.

I end up chasing people who runs away from me, I mean it doesn't matter because usually they win and the scare I gave them probably goes away XD
