I myself decided to stop at 4*s - as 5*s is a lot of ranked points and stamina commitment (more than the total to get her to 4*s in fact). About when we get her - we've already got GNW Neji in the game so I would assume with the next big ninja addition to the roster.

I know CN/german servers do not equal english servers, but I feel it is worth pointing out germany doesn't have GNW Hinata yet.
