Hello!!!

I'm just starting the game but I just want to know if it is better to focus on powering up than leveling up. Or do you think hitting the higher levels is better? Thank you :) :) :)

So I shouldn't rush my level? So it's counter-intuitive. Can you give me reason why powering up is better than leveling up?

Well in swb you will be with peolpe with your level but might have higher power. If you stack power and level up slow you might always be the strongest in your land in swb.

Level at your own pace, don't rush. There are people who're levels above someone yet lose because their power doesn't match their level. Take things slow and do what you can to improve.

Nonsensical saltiness isn't really what this forum needs right now.

Well sorry but Sab will always be Sab to me.

I'm curious behind the thought process of spamming 10+ new threads with "yall opinion on X".

Do you get forum experience to level up as thread owner? ;P

Instead of being LadySabina's #1 Hater, keep your comments to yourself.

On a side note, OP you should always focus on power first especially when you're starting new. Learn to focus on building power first since the learning curve of this game for most players is around level 70 and you'll see a difference between players' strength in pvp related events.

Who knows, who cares. Why is it your business what LadySabina is trying to do?

Once again, this community is already triggered enough by the anniversary. Putting fuel on the fire is not gonna help.

Work on hitting levels as soon as possible for lower levels is better imo, because there will be points where you want to level for awakening/strengthening/cultivating and the tasks don't give enough exp, etc.

At least try to hit the 70s, because there are stuff like summons, etc.

Just try to balance the two so you don't end up underpowered.

Unless you're like me and don't bother attending Sage World, where your power vs level is very important.

Ah I see. My problem is that my server is new. It just started yesterday. So I want to keep up with my peers in the server. So should I level up? or power up still? :D

Level doesn't matter until you reach around 65 when u can start drawing rare ninjas from treasure.

From there you should level slowly depending on what level bracket you get placed into for Sage world.

For example if you attend sage 2 times and you are fighting players 3 levels higher, than you can level up.

But if you are fighting players lower level than u, then you should stop leveling up. Get the idea? ;P

But if he ignores to focus on power and just do plot instances (which gives out a ton of xp), he will regret it since his power may be low compared to others who actually focused on their power first. If you focus on power first, you will see success by winning against other players up until level 70.
You level only when you maxed out awakening your ninjas and equipment.

It really depends where you are in terms of the rankings. If you are about top 5, you could afford to keep up with your peers since you're on top of many other players.

However, if you aren't, focus power first before leveling. Most likely there will be other players ahead of you who don't understand the concept of power first and fail to realize it. Plus which sounds better? Someone who has an average power of a lvl 60 but is only lvl 45 or vice versa?

First of all, welcome to the game!

Second of all, focus on power and don't, and I mean DON'T, rush level. That's the dumbest thing you can do because you'll end up being a high-level-low-power player which will be rekted by low level players (and will cost ya on Sage World Battlefield as low and high levels with more BP than you won't let you breathe). What's important here is balance, try giving priority to Battle Points but don't stay level 10 forever. Getting to the 60-70 range is really good as you have a lot more ways to power up than staying on level 20-30.

This is an advice from a guy who's level 69 with almost 30k of power who can rekt players until level 84 if that's a valid argument

(Also, try saving refines for the "refine rebate event" as it will be easier to refine level up your tools and gain a good power boost)

What i meant was it is not worth slowly leveling at level 40, it should start at around level 65 depending on the brackets he's placed into.

Personally i slowed down at level 80 which i think is too far ahead in the game, that's why im recommending taking it slow at 65 where you already have access to most content and events.

If you have issues on getting power, there is a post on how to do so. http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=21212&extra=page%3D1
