I would say the one with Kabuto. I have had more success with Sai instead of Kabuto though.

That's just my personal two cents as an Azure Fang though!

I'm not at my computer atm but for arena, I run Kakashi at the very front top right, Hinata just below him, Sai behind Kakashi and Azure Fang behind Hinata. I run the Water Shark mystery, with standard healing to get debuffs off of someone combo'd in the first round, Chakra Blade and Neurotoxin for the stun, and Poison Tai.
In essence, at the start of the Second Round, I target their main Comboist with Kakashi. Kakashi Mystery -> Lightning Chase to Knockdown -> Hinata Smack to Knockdown again -> Sai Chase into Repulse -> Hinata Chase with Acupuncture into Knockdown -> Azure Fang Chakra Blade into High Float, with the stun from Neurotoxin -> Kakashi Fireball Chase that Ignites. For the summon, I use Chameleon because there will be a random application of Poison to someone.

The affected individual - I usually hit someone in the second row - at the worst case scenario, with Genjutsu Mirrors up, cannot use skills for a few rounds, is Immobile this round, poisoned to the max, and ignited so that someone like Kabuto can't heal them. If there's no Mirrors, they also can't combo from Paralysis. And they're damaged to heck.

Next round, it's Shark -> Hinata -> Sai -> Hinata -> Azure Fang -> Kakashi -> Kakashi. Following round, Kakashi, if he's about, can still do his Mystery, and the cycle continues. I can take out people one by one (I usually Shark the healer to screw things up in Round 3) and usually come out with at least everyone but Kakashi alive in the worst cases. This assumes I don't go up against someone with three rare ninjas, but it's brutal, and the Poison, once it's on, ruins that ninja.

This lineup is actually an infamous Azure Fang one for a good while, and an awesome teamcomp killer. The cool thing is, Sai's standard attack when he has the Lions or Hinata's attack with good combo can trigger the hellish nonsense as well, so even if you lose Kakashi, you've got a mean slam.
