It is strange to have so little rewards and yet have a group leveling system that promotes larger groups without any increase in the reward given out.
A major problem is that gnw promotes smaller groups firstly because of the small rewards stated above and also because you only need 3 fields to win. Right now, with just 27 members you can secure a first place in the tournament pretty easily and depending on the strength of your top players you really only need 9 strong players. So top guilds with high lvl bases, are faced with the problem of having nothing for the other members to do in gnw and also insufficient rewards for them.
You can't really expect these members to break off and form another group either with the way the group skills system work...plus they will just get stomped by their previous group mates. They are just stuck in an awkward position of wanting to fight but have no one to fight with and nothing to fight for.
GNW just heavily prioritizes a small group of elite members and heavily penalizes larger groups, which is at odds with the group system. Hopefully, they fix this contradiction soon because this isnt a balanced approach at all. All that is happening is that small groups are getting penalized by the group system while large groups are penalized heavily by gnw. Essentially, both sides are losing since smaller groups aren't getting extra that larger groups aren't already getting so they cannot catch up while members in the larger group essentially just suffer.
