I made a concept ninja for Jiraiya a while back.
Jiraiya is my favourite character from naruto, so more versions of him would be great!
Jiraiya
Mystery - Hell Fire Rasengan
Damage an entire team, also applying ignition. Target suffers from repulse.
Standard - Tai Combo
Damage to the target in front of Jiraiya, chance of 3 hit combo and Low Float.
Chase 1 - Hell Fire Explosion
Chase the knockdown target, causes high Float and ignition. Can be triggered 2 times per round.
Chase 2 - Dragon Bomb Flame
Chase the Low Float target, causes High Float and ignition.
Passive 1 - Ignition Tactics
Your team deals extra damage to ignited targets as long as Jiraiya is alive.
Passive 2 - Burning Passion
Jiraiya gains 10% Ninjutsu and combo rate for each female ninja on your field.

Can you add 20 hits chase with Hair (Kebari) Senbon to 2 units? :) And reduce Knockdown to High Float to 1

That's 30% to Jiraiya alone, plus 40% Mei's barrier, pretty much same buff as Mei to male ninjas. Too op. Please tell me his mystery cost 60 chakra XDD
Extra 10% to ignited target(s), Sailor is going to wreck.
