I made a concept ninja for Jiraiya a while back.
Jiraiya is my favourite character from naruto, so more versions of him would be great!

Mystery - Hell Fire Rasengan

Damage an entire team, also applying ignition. Target suffers from repulse.

Standard - Tai Combo

Damage to the target in front of Jiraiya, chance of 3 hit combo and Low Float.

Chase 1 - Hell Fire Explosion

Chase the knockdown target, causes high Float and ignition. Can be triggered 2 times per round.

Chase 2 - Dragon Bomb Flame

Chase the Low Float target, causes High Float and ignition.

Passive 1 - Ignition Tactics

Your team deals extra damage to ignited targets as long as Jiraiya is alive.

Passive 2 - Burning Passion

Jiraiya gains 10% Ninjutsu and combo rate for each female ninja on your field.

Mystery - Lust Overload


Heal Jiraiya for 50% of his total Health. Jiraiya's Tai, Nin, Resistance, and Defence are all raised by 75% for 1 turn.


Standard - Frog in the Water

Attack up to 5 targets from the team in front of Jiraiya.


Chase - Bad Touch

Chase the Knockdowned target, causes Immobile. Immobile will last 2 turns if target is a female


Passive 1 - Lust

Jiraiya heals 5% of his total health for each female in the battle. He also takes 5% more damage from female ninjas, but deals 10% more damage to female ninjas.


Passive 2 - Towel Slip

At the beginning of battle Blind up to 5 Female Ninjas on the opponents field.

haha yea maybe op, maybe not. Problem with concept ninjas is that you don't have anywhere to test them. After the initial design there would have to be lots of testing and balancing, even a little kit changes. The 60 chakra mystery is a good balance for him, maybe change the 10% to 5% for the burning passion passive.
