No, mei, mabui, tenten gnw won't get nerfed at all. Lightning blitz teams will be due to the coming of some new ninjas that make their advantage useless, like obito, han and kushina.
Anyways still depends on the fact if we get or not the damage formula modification.

Removes immunity for that round so your mb can br immobilized or chaosed after using lighting armor.
