Did you see anything you want? If not, I recommend waiting because there might be something happening next week that you would like more. Always go for rebates xD For example, if you are aiming for say power, make sure you get rebate that gives you something else. Unless there is a huge discount like from Treasure of the Sage.

Monthly Pack!! The only ingot thing worth buying, do not spend ingots on anything else unless you really, really need it.

1 ingot is worth at least 2 coupons! (based on Try Your Luck wheel) And many items are over-priced and can be bought with less than 2x equivalent of coupons if you use this conversion.

Like the Battle Armor threads, if you convert 1 ingot to 2 coupons, some items are more expensive. :/

Medal + Monthly pack! Try to use ingots only in events when you can get good returns from it!

Medal and the Monthly coupons pack are the only thing worth buying in my opinion, i would get those two thing its a mininum of 70 coupons daily plus you c*e 10 a day on lucky wheel so thats another 20 to 50. thats what i like to do

As those above said, medal and monthly pack are the go-to thing.
