Dear Admin,
I have recharge issue with the following detail:
1. Its already been more than 3 days (since saturday 17th Sept 2016) that I cant recharge.
2. Its always saying that I am on high risk
3. Already check with bank I have plenty of balance and credit for my card.
4. Already tried with all other amount and pay options etc.

Hi, I am unable to recharge/top up no matter what method I use (credit/debit card, paypal). I have contacted my bank and there's no problem with the online payment service. Furthermore, I haven't reached any payment limit.
