Accurate Recharge Time: 4-09-2017 around 8:40 to 9:00 for Pacific time zone but I play on a EST server so that's 3 hours ahead.

I posted pictures but i blured on the card on reasons that seem obvious, but i have the reciept and the card info.
Subway interactions told me the card was used 3 times which was 50$ 25$ and 5$ which i all tested last night, but said the same thing, "error" card was " locked so if you needed unlocked, call subway" which i did today 4-10-2017 and they said it had only o.o7$ on it left from the 75$, So it must have went through but didnt recieve anything

Also daiske and Tobei helped me, Tobei told me to post all my stuff on here.

I am a VIP Level 5, that went to recharge with Gift Card and bought a Burger King gift card. Because Burger King is listed, twice as a type of Gift Card Accepted for Recharge on your own Recharge Portal.

Ok, so now that we have that established



The attachment THERE is a PDF which is an EDITTED version of my BK Card as a Case and Point.
I made the purchase with the complete intent of using it for a Recharge. I've made a Customer Service Post, which maybe was in the "wrong section" as to going unnoticed, but this is NOT looking good.

Why would your recharge portal show us we c*e a gift card that IS not an option. REMOVE the darn BK symbol from every inch of your portal amid any OTHER payment method that is not actually available.
