Yeah been tryin to donate for like 2 weeks now. Keep getting high risk.. tried VISA and Paypal and it wont accept either. Maybe you should talk to your partners or use a different middleman or whatever you use. Talked to many people and lot of people just F2P cause they cant donate either. Alo tried 2 banks.. both of them said everything is good on their end.

can ingots be transferred between characters? If i make a new character and my card works can the ingots be transferred to my main character? This way i can buy my new char a jonin medal as well and give the remaining ingots to my main to spend on drawing cards
