This is a problem that has happened to me depending on the laptop I have played from. Today I tried to recharge from a new laptop but got denied due to high payment risk, I tried to recharge in the past from my sister's laptop and was told the samething. I called my bank and they told me it wasn't any problem on their end and it had to be through the client I was making the purchase to. Is there anyway you could clear my account from these high risk categories or something??

EDIT: It seems to only work through paypal so nevermind
