1. I can't receive the ingots after topped up successfully.

Description: I topped up 5k ingots (99 USD+) but I didn't get it. I was able to do it the day before but today it failed. I tried this option several times including 24 hours later but error was the same so i just switched back to Paypal. However, I found out later that my account was still deducted.

The attempts were made last July 1, 2917.

note: the screenshot below isn't for just that one but the other attempts also showed the same screenshot.
