Trying to get the extra rewards before the 28th when my server ends the new server rewards.
The card I am trying to use, was able to be used just a few days ago, I have had no problems with it in the past. I do use my laptop in 2 locations, work and home. So my IP varies, but it is still within the state. So I do not understand WHY I am unable to make this purchase.
