I've finished Ultimate training, and got my 76 tendo fragments. Now I only need 4 more fragments, but I have absolutely no luck in the chase missions, and I don't know any other f2p ways of getting tendo fragments. Does anyone know another f2p way?

Wow thanks guys. I guess I should've expected Tendo to be very difficult to get.
