Why are people so creative but people don't hire them? Like that one guy who made dozens of fan-made Megaman characters and made an amazing sprite animation? Like, why does no one hire good potential?

Also, I agree with the posts above ^_^. This forum needs some customization changes. Either by us or the developers.
