My lineup I use for arena:

Give yourself Neurotoxin and Chakra Dissection blade, along with the Water Shark mystery and healing as your standard attack. Also put on your Poison Tai. What happens is that you can throw Kakashi's Mystery at someone to break their combos, getting about twelve hits with Acupuncture, Ignite, Immobolize, Paralyze, and Poison. Add Chameleon since this combo is a full-monty, meaning you go all-in each round, and Chameleon will add both poison and sometimes Immobolize if you crit, due to Neurotoxin. Round 3, throw a Shark, completely status over another person. Between the Ignition and the Poison, their healers will be struggling and your Acupunctures will keep big Mysteries in check.
I've only really gone up against one person who could break my streaks, and he had like. Wind Blade Asuma, and was Fire. But in any case, this build should help you loads!
That looks like an awesome comp.
You sponge up all the standard attacks with Hinata's mystery on round 1.
Then you go for enemy combo'er with Kakashi's mystery 2nd round. With Kakashi being in position 1, he'll usually get off his mystery and start the whole combo. Then you have Main's heal to support and Sai's summons to combo later on, as well as Super Shark Bomb later for some more immobilizing.
Also, I never knew that summons c*so trigger critical hits and proc Azure Fang's Neurotoxin. That's very interesting to note!
The only things that I think may cause you trouble might be something like a Naruto Clone Barrage to bypass Hinata's mystery turn 1. Then they combo her and might cause multiple statuses like ignition/paralysis.
Or a Neji in position 1 with his mystery - though this can be cured with Azure's standard healing.
